How fast will I hear back?

Within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Heavy traffic days can slow us down — if it's been more than 5 business days, reply on the same thread to bump the queue.

What about high volume or API access?

Use the Pro form — it captures the right context (tool, estimated volume, integration) so we scope the plan faster.

I found a bug — what should I include?

Most useful: the URL where it happens, browser + version, what you expected vs what occurred, and ideally a screenshot (you can attach one when replying to our first email).
