4. Service description

DiscoReady is an online service that helps publishers and SEO professionals master Google Discover. At the date of this notice, the main feature is the Profiler tool: given a public web domain, it returns the Google Web Profile URL associated with that domain (when it exists) and editorial insights.

Additional features may be added progressively (audit, consulting, training, downloadable ebooks, plugins). These will be announced on the Service when available.

DiscoReady is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google LLC. Any reference to "Google", "Google Discover", "Google Web Profile" or related trademarks is made for identification purposes only.

5. Intellectual property

All the elements that make up the DiscoReady website (text, graphics, software, photographs, images, logos, icons, code, etc.) are the exclusive property of AZ Medias Limited, except for trademarks, logos or content belonging to third parties that may be mentioned for identification purposes.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means, without prior written authorization from AZ Medias Limited, is prohibited.

6. Personal data

DiscoReady processes personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected (primarily email addresses submitted via the Profiler tool, plus technical logs for security) is used solely to deliver the requested service, improve the Service and respond to user requests.

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can exercise these rights by emailing contact@discoready.com.

7. Cookies

At the date of this notice, DiscoReady only uses strictly necessary storage entries (lang_set in sessionStorage / localStorage) to remember your language choice. We do not currently use analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If this changes, a consent banner will be added in compliance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

AZ Medias Limited makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on DiscoReady. However, AZ Medias Limited cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or for results obtained from the use of the information provided.

The domains, Google Web Profile URLs and metadata surfaced by the Profiler come from public third-party sources. DiscoReady does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or validity of these data points at the moment the user consults them. The user is solely responsible for the use made of the information and agrees to comply with Google's terms of service and any applicable law.

9. Governing law and complaint

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of dispute, and after a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
